Microsoft is really excited about Insights…so excited, in fact, that we are seeing “Insights” everywhere in Dynamics 365. Seem confusing? Well, it is a little bit, so in this webcast we are going to provide some clarity while Microsoft figures out what all these Insights really mean and decides to call them something different.
Insights (formerly called Customer Insights, now called “Insights – powered by InsideView”) provides Dynamics 365 users accurate company and contact data, relevant news, and social feeds, and an extensive network of professional connections that can be leveraged during the marketing and selling process to be relevant, sell smarter and grow faster.
Social Insights integrates Microsoft Social Engagement with Dynamics 365, which helps you analyze social media data to spot emerging trends in people’s comments, whether they’re positive, negative, or neutral. You can drill down into the data and see exactly what people said, and then act on them.
Customer Insights, a cloud-based SaaS service, combines data from multiple sources and generates knowledge and insights to build a holistic 360° view of your customers. Customer Insights delivers the ability to connect to transactional data sources and model profiles of customers and their interactions, and it enables organizations to generate insights through KPIs about their business.
Relationship Insights helps accomplish an ideal goal for most organizations, which is to develop personalized, productive relationships with customers and prospects. Relationship Insights merges the organization’s data and communications (email, social, file shares, support ticketing systems, etc.) into a stream of actionable intelligence.
