Jump-start your career with AKA’s Associate Consultant Training (ACT) Program
Are you a recent college graduate looking for a way to start your career in technology off right? AKA’s Associate Consultant Training (ACT) is a proprietary training program we developed for recent college graduates to get them up to speed on the Microsoft Dynamics platform, consulting fundamentals, and project management methodology.
The goal of an ACT team member is to become a Microsoft-Certified Consultant and work alongside senior consultants within the organization implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM solutions for our customers. AKA’s first ACT class was in 2015, and with each year, the class has grown.
What is ACT?
ACT training is a combination of classroom, self-study, and on-the-job formats and runs for approximately three months. During that time, ACT participants learn about Microsoft Dynamics 365, what it means to be a consultant at AKA, and the methodologies we follow to run our projects. ACT team members are equipped to obtain their first Microsoft certification within their first 90 days with AKA. Associate consultants are then placed on client engagements with project managers and senior consultants to continue their development in real-world scenarios.
Opportunities for advancement
Employee growth is one of AKA’s shared values and is extremely important to us. In fact, when we look to bring on new team members at any level of the organization, we look for individuals who are interested in continually building their skillset. As ACT team members expand their knowledge, skills, and experience, they are presented with the opportunity to grow within the organization up to senior and lead consultants, We’ve also seen former ACT graduates move into other areas of the organization such as Managed Services and Presales/Sales.
Are you looking for a place to start your career, offering you training, mentorship, and growth opportunities with a great team you can learn from? Ask us about joining ACT!
