Developing a Data Culture in a Non-Profit Organization: The Story of Lifeworks

Since 1998, LifeWorks, an Austin, Texas-based non-profit organization, works to provide a pathway to self-sufficiency for more than 4,000 youth and families facing difficult challenges, including homelessness, trauma, and abuse. One of their goals was to establish a culture of data and learning, which was being blocked by the organization’s struggle to access the data required. 
LifeWorks selected AKA Enterprise Solutions to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Cloud, which seamlessly integrates with Office 365. This put the organization on the path to developing a data culture that supports all their efforts to provide much-needed services to the citizens of Austin.
