Media Company Replaces Advertising Software with DynamicsADvantage for ERP & CRM
Randall Reilly uses Microsoft Dynamics GP for their accounting software. They were also using a third party advertising software product and did not have a CRM tool. This project will be a double implementation of DynamicsADvantage for ERP and CRM. DynAD as a Microsoft based solution will integrate seamlessly with Dynamics GP providing a single platform to manage their business, avoiding multiple integrations and manual entries. Additionally, the client will be implementing Dynamics CRM which will fully integrate to GP providing an end-to-end solution that supports their ad sales process. AKA will support Randall Reilly’s marketing and data analysis with DynAD for CRM initiatives directed at targeting their clients effectively. Both implementations are in progress with a projected live date of January 2014.
